Mushroom Objects
We are growing materials.
In 2019 we included the use of mushrooms in our workshop as material for the production of objects. We3d printed molds to grow the objects out of mycelium (mushroom root) and substrate. At the end of the growing process, the pieces are dried using a solar oven. The result is a natural and compostable material.
